Celeste Joseph, a fourteen year old YCS leader was killed when a bomb exploded at the Assumption Church in Nepal's capital Kathmandu killing three and injuring dozen others. The explosion occurred at 9.15 am Saturday, 24 May.

Youth Across Boundaries, Redefining a Culture of Peace

The Asia Pacific Students and Youth Gathering (ASYG) is the biggest regional ecumenical youth gathering in the region. It gathers more than a hundred youth and students coming from different mainline Protestant and Roman Catholic churches in Asia Pacific. It provides a regional platform for common reflection understanding and collective action on social concerns and issues that affects them.
