The Asia Pacific Students and Youth Gathering
(ASYG) is the biggest regional ecumenical youth gathering in the
region. It gathers more than a hundred youth and students coming
from different mainline Protestant and Roman Catholic churches in
Asia Pacific. It provides a regional platform for common reflection
understanding and collective action on social concerns and issues
that affects them.

The Asian Session and Council
(ASC) is the highest decision making body of IYCS Asia, which
takes place in every 3 years with the participation of 14 national
movements in Asia. As YCS always believe that “a good preparation is
a MUST for any successful endeavor”, here we have called for a
preparation meeting for the 11th ASC 2009.
